Are You Waiting on God? Or Is He Waiting on You?

TODAY’S THOUGHTS: “Good things come to those who wait”…it sounds nice, but is it true?

Jesus gave us two commands: LOVE GOD and to LOVE PEOPLE. 

Anyone who’s ever been in a relationship knows that LOVE is anything but passive; Love demands ACTION.

There is a time and place for waiting, but all too often “Waiting on God” has become an excuse for Christians to live comfortable passive lives, never really stepping out in faith, and never making any real difference in the lives of the people around us.

The truth is that while we're spending our days “waiting on God,” God has been waiting on us the whole time. 

Today is a brand new day, a perfect day to quit being spectators in our own lives. Let's take action. Let's step out and love like Jesus.
